SALTED CARAMEL & BERRY OATS

60g oats

½ scoop salted caramel whey

250ml unsweetened almond milk

2-3 large strawberries

Handful blueberries

Handful frozen berries 

Drizzle of maple syrup 

  • Add 60g oats to a non-stick saucepan

  • Add 250ml almond milk and stir slowly until preferred consistency

  • Add the whey protein after porridge is cooked, add bit by bit to prevent clumping

  • Top with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup
