RASPBERRY & PEANUT BUTTER OAT SQUARES  

  • 250g Oats

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 200ml oat milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 

  • 1 tsp flaxseed

  • 1 tsp coconut oil 

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 

  • 200g frozen raspberries 

  • flaked almonds 

 

Use 50g raspberries & chia seeds and heat in a pot to make chia jam first & let it cool. 

Then mix all ingredients together, leaving the raspberries until last & fold them into the mix. 

Swirl the chia jam through the mix when it is placed on the baking tray and drizzle peanut butter on top. 

Place in the oven for about 20-25mins at 180 degrees.
