CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT-OATS

50g oats

½ carrot grated

1tbsp cinnamon whey

1tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

250ml unsweetened almond milk

For toppings:

Some left over grated carrot

Chopped hazelnuts

Blueberries

  • Place 50g oats, 250ml almond milk ½ grated carrot, 1 tbsp of cinnamon whey, ½ tsp nutmeg and 1 tsp cinnamon into a jar and soak in the fridge overnight

  • Eat as is, or heat on the hob adding a little more milk

  • Top with blueberries, left over grated carrot and some chopped hazelnuts
