Hi, I’m Emily and I have created Health with Em to share with you all my health & fitness tips, recipe ideas and how to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle while reaching your goals! Fitness & food are my biggest passions! I am qualified with a Bsc (Hons) in Food Science & Nutrition and I am also a fully qualified Personal Trainer.
I want to help people live a balanced and healthy lifestyle and make fitness and healthy eating a part of their everyday routine. I have created this blog from my love for food and creating new food ideas, which I will be sharing with you all. I want to share educated advice on health, fitness & wellbeing!
I offer one-to-one Personal Training sessions & small group training in the Brisbane area as well as nutritional guidance and a nutrition guide offering you meal options, advice on both weight loss & weight gain and how to calculate your macronutrient goals.
